Shastra is a Tantra Teacher and Love & Intimacy Coach. She has been teaching intimate workshops and  coaching couples and singles for 13 years. 
The events, workshops & private sessions Shastra offers, integrate important aspects of ancient tantra ~ To Master ~  The Mind, The Breath & The Body.

She offers many Love & Intimacy practices, starting with educating couples how to communicate in and out of the bedroom. Then clothed instruction is offered, from pre play, to  sexual & sacred body communication. 

 The practices create openings for raising & refining raw  sexual energy to create AMAZING, Blissful experiences in lovemaking along with deepening intimacy! 
Assisting couples to identify and heal emotional trauma is a key ingredient to living a free and relaxed life.
Tantric Breathwork   creates amazing shifts when practiced both solo and partnered!
